A pair of US real estate consultants, Stefan Peirson and Sean Zimmerman, have joined forces to create Strategic International Advisors, a company specializing in the sales, marketing and strategic planning of luxury real estate, including private residence clubs and fractional ownership properties throughout the US, Caribbean, and Europe.

“Our goal with this company is to create more radical, out-of-the-box thinking,” said Zimmerman. “Our collective experiences throughout US and Mexico have allowed us to see first-hand what works well and what doesn’t work at all. In this economic climate, now is the time when great alliances and partnerships should be formed; industry leaders should band together to create more radical thinking; and assets should be pooled to provide developers and consumers with better service and experiences.”

Peirson has worked on projects including The Residences at The Little Nell in Aspen; Esperanza in Cabo San Lucas; the Roaring Fork Club in Basalt; and Rancho Valencia in California. Zimmerman’s experience includes Calistoga Ranch, Napa; Olamar, Cabo San Lucas; and Celeste, in Huatulco.

“We both understand that the consumer now demands only things that make sense. The Private Residence Club concept is a very compelling argument for the purchase of luxury real estate in today’s environment,” said Peirson “Telling the story to the consumer is one thing and delivering that product is another. There is a lot more space to miss the connection in today’s world, and we are prepared to help bridge that gap.”

“Our goal is really simple: create more value, less stress and higher revenue for our clients no matter what stage of the development and sales process” said Zimmerman.

Peirson added: “One of the things we are developing is an out-of-the-box Fractional Customer Relationship Management (FCRM) system just for the fractional industry. We continue to see projects overspend while purchasing, implementing, and optimizing their system before they are organized to sell anything. The industry has demanded this product for more than eight years and FCRM will provide a proper reporting tool with high-level visibility for the various staff levels from the sales person and sales and marketing managers, to the administrator and the lender.
